I hereby release & discharge the Schuyler Spring Festival, its directors, officers, agents, representatives & servants and anyone else connected with management or conduct, for any & all unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and for whatsoever that may be suffered by any member to his person or property. Further, each applicant expressly agree to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, persons & bodies of and from any liability occasioned resulting from the conduct of the applicant or any member assisting or cooperating with the applicant and under the direction or control of the applicant.

OPERATION: Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior. Unacceptable behavior leaves entrant or guest subject to removal.
